Dal and Eggs Ingredients

  • 100gm: Masoor dal
  • 100gm: Moong dal
  • 100gm: Afar dal
  • 4: Eggs (hard-boiled)
  • 2 tsp: Turmeric powder
  • 3: Green chilies
  • ¼ cup: Onion paste
  • ½ cup: Mustard oil
  • 4 flakes: Garlic (crushed)
  • 1: Tomato (paste) and Salt to taste.

Preparation Method for Dal and Eggs Recipe

Take an utensil loaded up with water and include all the three dals in it. Include turmeric powder and salt and bubble it. Presently while the dal is bubbling, take a shallow skillet and include oil in it. Enable the oil to warmth and after that include onions and the tomato glue. Broil it till the oil overflows out.
