Macher Jhol Ingredients

  • ¼ tsp onion seeds
  • 1 ½ tbsp coriander seeds
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 5 green chilies
  • 3 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 small sized fish
  • 3 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Method for Macher Jhol Recipe

Before you begin cooking, Macher Jhol clean and wash the fish well. The fish must be cut in thick cuts on ½ inch each. Presently spread some salt and turmeric on the fish and keep it aside.

Take potatoes and peel them. Cut them length astute into ½ inch long pieces. Presently opening the green chilies. Broil cumin and coriander seeds and granulate it into a smooth glue.
