Besan Ki Sabzi Ingredients

  • 100 gm- Besan (gram flour)
  • 3- Tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 2- Onions (finely chopped)
  • 4- Green chilies (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp- garlic and ginger paste
  • ½ tbsp- Turmeric powder
  • ½ tbsp- Mustard powder
  • ¼ tbsp- Red chili powder
  • ¼ tbsp- Coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp- Cumin seeds
  • ½ tbsp- Carom seed
  • ¼ tbsp- Garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Water
  • Pinch of asafoetida

Preparation Method for Besan Ki Sabzi Recipe

Since the planning is very simple, we should perceive how it is made. In a shallow bowl, blend besan, 1/8 tbsp red bean stew powder, 2 green chilies, carom and 1 tbsp oil. Include some water and make mixture out of it and after that make little balls. Keep them aside.
