Besan Ki Sabzi Ingredients
- 100 gm- Besan (gram flour)
- 3- Tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 2- Onions (finely chopped)
- 4- Green chilies (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp- garlic and ginger paste
- ½ tbsp- Turmeric powder
- ½ tbsp- Mustard powder
- ¼ tbsp- Red chili powder
- ¼ tbsp- Coriander powder
- 1 tbsp- Cumin seeds
- ½ tbsp- Carom seed
- ¼ tbsp- Garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Water
- Pinch of asafoetida
Preparation Method for Besan Ki Sabzi Recipe
Since the planning is very simple, we should perceive how it is made. In a shallow bowl, blend besan, 1/8 tbsp red bean stew powder, 2 green chilies, carom and 1 tbsp oil. Include some water and make mixture out of it and after that make little balls. Keep them aside.
