Ingredients

  1. 1 whole turkey
  2. 100 gms butter
  3. 100 gms onion, chopped
  4. 100 gms celery, chopped
  5. 10 gms crumbled sage and thyme
  6. to taste salt and pepper
  7. 10 gms garlic minced
  8. balsamic vinegar
  9. 20 gms sugar
  10. 150 gms cranberry

Method

  • 1.In skillet, liquefy margarine over medium warmth. Mix in onions, celery, sage, thyme and pepper; cook, blending periodically, for 10 minutes or until sautéed.
