Semi-finals
The draw for the semi-finals will be hung on 19 March 2021, after the quarter-last draw. The first legs will be played on 29 April, and the subsequent legs will be played on 6 May 2021.
Final
The last will be played on 26 May 2021 at Gdańsk City Stadium, Gdańsk. A draw will be hung on 19 March 2021, after the quarter-last and semi-last draws, to decide the “home” group for authoritative purposes.
